Hello everyone and Happy New Year!
As last year was a total shit show and 2021 is so uncertain I thought the best way to start off the year would be to share my daily mental health maintenance routine.
Hopefully by showing you how I personally keep myself on a level it will give you some tips or inspirations of how to adapt some of these for yourself to make your every day life that little bit easier.
